Definition: Terse RDF Triple Language (Turtle)

by Jack Krupansky

Terse RDF Triple Language (Turtle) is a relatively simple, human-friendly, language alternative to RDF/XML format which is a more expressive superset of N-Triples and a subset of N3 for expressing RDF data, but not logic rules.

See W3C Team Submission for Turtle - Terse RDF Triple Language specification.

See Wikipedia article on "Turtle (Terse RDF Triple Language)".
